Several types of Yoga

To get the most out of yoga, you need to know the needs and compliance with personal condition. In addition to hatha yoga that is usually reserved for the public and beginners, there are many other types of yoga.
Iyengar Yoga. Yoga with slow motion and detail, using special devices, such as belts, pillows and bolsters special, and beams to produce the appropriate posture. This type of yoga is also suitable for beginners.
Ashtanga Yoga. The series of yoga postures are quite challenging to focus on breathing techniques to control the mind.

Kundalini Yoga. Yoga with spiritual and philosophical approach that includes meditation, breathing techniques, and singing as part of yoga.
Kripalu Yoga. Yoga begins with very slow motion, then rose into three stages to achieve better awareness.
